What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal.
Suits, ties, dressy jumpsuits, and cocktail or floor-length dresses are all appropriate.
Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Encore Event Center. The ceremony begins at 5:00pm, with cocktail hour and reception to follow.
Are children invited?
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted on your invitation.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Only those listed on your invitation are invited. Thank you for understanding!
What will the weather be like?
It’s July, so expect warm summer weather. The event will be an indoor and outdoor event so please dress comfortably within the formal guideline.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes. Shuttles will run between Orbit Hotel and the venue. Exact times will be shared closer to the date.
Is parking available?
Yes—there is onsite parking available at the venue.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for seating.
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
Please include any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Our caterer will be happy to accommodate you.
Can we take photos during the ceremony?
We ask for an unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer and want them to be able to capture the best shots without distractions. Phones and cameras are welcome again at the reception.
